Petitioner in this CMP seeks to assail the judgment dated th rd 27 June, 2023 (Annexure-1) passed by learned 3 Additional District Judge, Cuttack in FAO No. 42 of 2022, whereby, dismissing the appeal, learned appellate Court confirmed the order th dated 4 April, 2022 passed in IA No. 02 of 2019 which was heard along with IA No.
01 of 2019 and directing the parties to maintain status quo over the suit property. 3. In course of hearing, Mr. Rath, learned Senior Advocate submits that interest of justice will be best served, if the Petitioner moves learned trial Court for variation of the order of status quo in case of any hardship or future cause of action arises. He, therefore, prays for disposing of the CMP with such observation. 4. Mr. Baral, learned counsel for the Opposite Parties does not have any objection to the same. 5.
