Heard Mr. Asutosh Rout, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. S. Patra 1, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. P. K. Panda, learned Addl. The present writ petition has been filed inter alia challenging order dtd. 09. 08. 2021 so passed by the Govt. -Opp. Party No. 1 under Annexure-4. 4. It is contended that the issue involved in the present writ petition is covered by the order passed in connected W. P. (C) No. 33426 of 2021 (Jagadish Singh Babu Vs. State of Odisha & Anr. ). 5. In view of the same, this Court is inclined to quash the impugned order dtd. 09.
08. 2021 under Annexure-4 and while quashing the same, dispose of the writ petition with a direction on Opp. Party No. 1 to consider the claim of the Petitioner in the light of the order Page 1 of 2. passed by this Court in the case of Jagadish Singh Babu as cited (supra). 6. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
