Julius Riamei, learned counsel appearing for the applicant/petitioner while Mr. Aleng Vashum, learned GA for the respondents in both writ petition and the application. By this application, the applicant has submitted that while disposing of the writ petition being W. P. (C) No. 219 of 2020 on 17. 06. 2020, one of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that till the disposal of the representation, the status quo and position of the petitioner No. 2 shall not be disturbed, has not been recorded in the order. In view of the above, the application has been filed by the applicant/petitioner to which Mr.
Aleng Vashum, learned GA has no objection and accordingly, the application stands allowed with the direction that the expression “till the disposal of the representation dated 29. 07. 2019 submitted by the petitioner, the status quo and position of the applicant/petitioner No. 2 shall not be disturbed” shall be added in the order dated 17. 06. 2020. 1 | P a g e Moreover, this order shall form part of the earlier order dated 17. 06. 2020.
