The allegation of encroachment is the basis for filing this Public Interest Litigation. We find that the complaints were made on 19. 10. 2024 and without waiting for a reasonable period, the petitioners have rushed to the Court by filing this PIL. 2. This is not the appropriate stage for entertaining PIL. If the complaints are not examined within a reasonable period, it will be open for the petitioners to revive the present petition. 3. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. (UMA SHANKER VYAS),J (MANINDRA MOHAN SHRIVASTAVA),CJ F. R. Bohra, Danish/23
