After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and on an overall consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, (2 of 2) [CRLMP-3972/2020] this Court deems it proper to direct the petitioners to appear before the Superintendent of Police, Sirohi, who shall hear the grievance of the petitioners and if necessitated, provide adequate security and protection to the petitioners.
