The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Rikhiya P. S. Case No. 139 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 351(2), 303(2) & 3(5) of the B. N. S. , 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Sri Pratik Ranjan, learned Judicial Magistrate, Deoghar. On 15. 08. 2025 at about 09:30 p. m. , co-accused Dharmendra Kumar @ Dharmendra Yadav is alleged to have fired upon the informant. However, he had a providential escape.
It was submitted that though petitioner is named in the F. I. R but there is no specific allegation of firing against him. It was further submitted that co-accused Dharmendra Kumar @ Dharmendra Yadav has been granted bail by this Court in B. A. No. 10497/2025. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Pratik Ranjan, learned Judicial Magistrate, Deoghar, or his successor, in connection with Rikhiya P.
