S. Case No. 86 of 2017, corresponding to G. R. No. 234 of 2017. Hence, the present Cr. M. P filed by the petitioner for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party no. 2 vide order dated 06. 09. 2018 passed in A. B. A. No. 6322 of 2017 has become infructuous. 4.
