The present application has been instituted on behalf of the applicants praying as follows : “In the premises aforesaid it is most respectfully prayed that Your Lordships be pleased to grant permission/leave to : i) Implead Shri Gyan Prakash, IAS i. e. , the Commissioner (Hi. & Tech. Education), Government of Manipur as Respondent No. 2, ii) Implead Dr. Rangitabali Waikhom, i. e.
, the Director of University & Higher Education, Government of Manipur as Respondent No. 3. iii) Issue notice to the aforesaid person to show cause as to why they should not be punished as per the P a g e | 2 relevant Rules/Laws for their willful disobedience of this Hon’ble Court’s order. iv) Pass any other appropriate order or direction that this Hon’ble Court deems fit and just in the interest of justice. ” Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the non-applicants do not oppose the present application. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Shri Gyan Prakash, IAS i. e. , the Commissioner (Hi. & Tech. Education), Government of Manipur and Dr. Rangitabali Waikhom, i. e. , the Director of University & Higher Education, Government of Manipur are impleaded as Respondents No. 2 and 3 respectively in Cont.
