Respondent BEFORE HON’BLE MRS. JUSTICE GOLMEI GAIPHULSHILLU 13. 06. 2024 Heard Mr. M. Hemchandra, learned sr. counsel appearing for the applicant and Mr. Y. Ashang, learned PP appearing for the respondent No. 1. The present Misc. Application has been filed praying for passing an interim order for granting interim anticipatory bail/pre-arrest bail to the humble petitioners in connection with FIR No. 45(4)2024 TBL PS U/S 457/363/365/326/34 IPC & 25(1-B) Arms Act. In the meantime, it is directed that the I. O of the case is to release the petitioners in the event of their arrest in connection with FIR Case No. 45(4)2024 TBL PS U/S 457/363/365/326/34 IPC & 25(1-B) Arms Act by furnishing a bail bond of Rs. 50000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand) to the satisfaction of the Arresting Authority.
It is also made clear that the petitioners should co-operate with the investigation and they should make themselves available for interrogation by the I. O of the FIR case as and when required. The petitioners should not leave the State of Manipur without prior permission of the Arresting Authority. It is further made clear that if the petitioners violate any of the conditions given hereinabove, the respondents are at liberty to approach this court for modification or cancellation of this interim order. Accordingly, the present misc. application is disposed of. Copy of this order be furnished to the learned counsel for both the parties.
