Magorra, District Mathura and further to direct the said Court to direct the concerned police to register a FIR against the accused-opposite party nos. 2 to 7 under Section 13 Anti Corruption Act, 1988 and Section 420, 467, 468, 471, 409, 120-B IPC and investigate the same accordingly. 3. Since there is no representation on behalf of the applicant, the present application under Section 482 Cr. P. C. is dismissed for want of prosecution. 4.
