Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, I I learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced a letter dated 30. 12. 2024 before this Court addressed to him by Sub-lnspector of Police, Malkajgiri Police Station and informed that A-4/Garlapati Shiva Kumar died on 19. 12. 2024. The death certificate of A-4/Garlapati Shiva Kumar is also enclosed along with the letter' 3. On account of death of A-4/Garlapati Shiva Kumar, the Appeal stands abated against him.
