Karim, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. B.
Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the State. On perusal of the case diary, particularly, two statements of the witnesses, recorded under Section 164 of the Cr. P. C. , it appears that the petitioner is involved with the commission of the alleged offence of murder of the deceased. That being so, this is not a fit case for grant of the privilege of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for pre-arrest bail made by the petitioner is rejected.
