ABHISHEK REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 22192 of 2O2O ORDER: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R. Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos. I to 4. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself. The main grievance of the petitloner is that the respondents are not providing electrical service connection / meter in respect of Plot No. 406, admeasuring 1000 square yards, in Survey No. 1007 situated at Bhagra Nagar Co-operative Housing Society Limited, Kukatpally Village, Balanagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that though the petitioner has submittecl an application to the respondents along with necessary documents for providing electricity service connection to the subject plot, the respondents are refusing to receive the same. The learned counsel has also stated that in similar circumstances, this Court has passed orders in W. P. No. 10869 of 2O2O, dated 21 . O7 . 2O2O. Sri R. Vinod Reddy, the learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, submits that if the petitioner files an application afresh, the same would be processed and necessary orders would be passed and the same would be intimated to the petitioner. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file an application afresh for providing electricity service connection to the subject plot within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy filed the respondents of this order.
On such application being ' orders process the same and pass necessary shall receive and thereoninaccordancewiththeprescribedprocedureand communicatethesametothepetitioner,withinaperiodoffour w'eeks thereafter. if any' shall stand The miscellaneous petitions pending' no order as to costs' closed.
