The order, dated 21. 10. 2020 is passed in the aforesaid AB No. 2301/2020 in connection with Dhemaji P. S. Case No. 124/2020. But, the learned counsel for the petitioner, referring to the interlocutory application, has submitted that instead of Dhemaji P. S. Case No. Page No. # 2/2 124/2020, the order ought to have been passed as Dhemaji Excise Case No.
124/2020. Such fact, as brought to the notice of this Court by the interlocutory application, makes it appear that the order, dated 21. 10. 2020 aforesaid ought to have referred to Dhemaji Excise Case No. 124/2020 instead of Dhemaji P. S. Case No. 124/2020. The inadvertent typographical error is accordingly corrected. The order, dated 21. 10. 2020, passed in AB No. 2301/2020 be now read as an order passed in Dhemaji Excise Case No. 124/2020 instead of Dhemaji P. S. Case No. 124/2020.
