P. C. for grant of anticipatory bail relating to Crime No. 340 of 2023 registered at Police Station Dharnawada, District Guna (M. P. ) for offence under Sections 323, 324, 294, 506, 34, 326 of IPC.
Learned counsel for the applicants seeks for and is granted permission to withdraw this first anticipatory bail application with liberty to surrender before the trial Court and file regular bail application. It is further prayed that trial Court be directed to decide the regular bail application of the applicants as expeditiously as possible, if possible on the same day. With aforesaid liberty, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. Trial Court is directed to decide the regular bail application of the applicants, if filed, as expeditiously as possible, if possible on the same day, in accordance with law.
