No notices are issued to opposite party Nos. 5 & 6, as the matter is disposed of at the stage of admission. 3. Gone through the contents of the writ petition and the relief sought for. 4. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that a pond has been allotted in favour of opposite party No. 6 and the same is challenged and in that connection, representations have been submitted and the last one being th Annexure-3 dated 20 September, 2024 addressed to opposite party No.
1, the Court is of the view that a direction is required to be issued to the said authority to examine the same and take a decision thereon as per law. 5. Hence, it is ordered. 6. In the result, the writ petition stands disposed of with the direction as aforesaid to be complied with by opposite party No. 1 considering the response with a notice to the private opposite party, namely, opposite party No. 6 and to take a decision on the same on Annexure-3 preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.
