But as she has submitted that she shall be more cautions and vigilant henceforth, no further action need be taken. 2. This CRLMP has been filed for issue of a direction for registration of the FIR under Annexure-1. Annexure-1 appears to be dated 17. 02.

Similarly, Annexure-2 series contains a representation dated 17. 03. 2025 addressed to the Superintendent of Police, Cuttack Rural, Cuttack, but again there is no proof of submission of the representation before the Superintendent of Police, Cuttack Rural, Cuttack. 3. I am therefore not inclined to issue any direction to the Opposite Parties on the basis of these documents. But it is open to the Petitioner to avail of alternate remedy if available to him under law. 4. The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of. 5. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
