Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Informant. 2. The Petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C. T. No. 387 of 2025 (A. O of ICC No. 524 of 2025) pending in the Court of learned S. D. J. M. , Bhubaneswar arising out of Capital P. S. Case No. 94 of 2025 for commission of offences punishable under Sections 318(4)/ 316(2)/ 61(2)/ 296/ 314/ 351(3)/324(1)/3(5) of BNS. 4. Mr. Sastry, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. Pradhan, learned counsel for the Informant, on instruction, submit that their clients are agreeable to explore the possibility of settlement of the matter through ADR by Mediation.
5. Accordingly, to cut short any further delay, the Petitioners as well as the Informant shall appear before the learned Mediator as nominated by the learned Coordinator Orissa High Court Mediation Centre on 16. 07. 2025 to receive further instruction in the matter. Learned Mediator shall submit the report at an early date. 6. Registry is requested to do the needful in placing the matter before the learned Coordinator Orissa High Court Mediation Centre for necessary follow up action. 7. Since the matter has been referred to for mediation, no coercive action shall be taken against the Petitioners in connection with the aforesaid case till the next date. 8.
