Priyokumar Sharma, learned counsel appears on behalf of the respondent. The present application has been instituted on behalf of the State of Manipur praying as follows : “In the facts and circumstances stated above, the humble State Applicant humbly pray before this Hon’ble Court for passing : (i) an order for directing the Registry (Translator) of this Hon’ble High Court to comply with the direction issued by this Hon’ble Court vide order dated 25. 04.
2024 in the present Criminal Appeal, in its true spirit, by making correct literal translation of the Manipuri Language into English Language. (ii) Any other order (s) as this Hon’ble Court deem fit and proper in the facts for meeting the ends of justice. ” P a g e | 2 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the non-applicant does not oppose the present application. In view of the foregoing as well as the averments made in the application, the same is allowed. The Registry is directed to comply with the directions issued by this th Court vide order dated 25 April, 2024 by making correct literal translation of the Manipuri language into English language of the expression used in the said order.
