PUBbIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following ORDER: This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Bharatiya has been filed by the Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 , in connection with petitioner/Accused, seeking anticipatory bail of Polavaram Police Station, Eluru Crime No. 145 of 2024 district. registered for the offences punishable under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 336(3) and 340(2) read with 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2.
