The petitioners, through the medium of the present petition, filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, (BNSS), 2023, seek Bail App. No. 167/2026 c/w CRM(M) No. 810/2026 quashment of FIR No. 0132/2026, registered on 16. 07. 2026 at Police Station, Poonch, for the commission of offences punishable under Sections 308(2), 352, 351(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, (BNS), 2023, and Sections 4 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012. 04.
