At the outset, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner wants disposal of this writ petition with a direction to the opposite party no. 2 for rd disposing representation dated 3 October, 2024, copy of which has been annexed to the writ petition marked as Annexure-11. It is submitted that the petitioner will be satisfied, if such direction is issued for the present. 3.
Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the nature of grievance raised no notice is issued to the opposite parties while disposing of the writ petition. The writ petition is disposed of directing the opposite parties (proper authority) to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, copy of which has been annexed and marked as Annexure-11 to the writ petition. The authority shall do well to dispose of the representation as expeditiously as possible. The petitioner also shall cooperate with the authority for disposal of the representation. 4. The authority shall act upon production of the certified copy of this order by the petitioner before the authority along with copy of the representation (Annexure-11) and all other supporting documents sought to be relied upon by the petitioner.
