JUSTICE TASHI RABSTAN, JUDGE ORDER It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has submitted objections before the respondents for cancellation of reservation of DDC Constituency Gool, which is arbitrarily reserved in favour of ST category and is against the mandate of the provision admissible to the field. It is submitted that the concerned authority has not decided the objections-Annexure-III with the writ petition, till date. Since the objections are pending before the authority, it is appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the competent authority to decide the same.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the objections-Annexure-III with the writ petition, within a period of 10 days from the date a copy of this order along with complete set of this writ petition is made available to them, if the same has not already been decided.
