Sugendran, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State, on instructions would submit that negative final report was already filed on 29. 06. 2024 before the District Munsif-cum- Judicial Magistrate, Mathavaram, and notice was also sent to the petitioner informing about the final report. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he is unable to file Protest Petition before the Magistrate, because the Magistrate has already returned the final report filed by the respondent. 4.
