Petitioner is alleged to have sexually assaulted the daughter of the Informant aged about 15 years. 4.
Attention has been drawn towards the statement of the victim recorded during the trial in which she has not supported the prosecution case and as such, she has been declared hostile. 5. In view of the submission made above, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Simdega in connection with POCSO Case No. 10 of 2024 arising out of Pakartanr P.
