Mr. Chandra Mohan ( pet it ioner in WPSS No. 2157 of 2023) was t ransferred from Governm ent Higher Secondary School Raj ivgram , Narendranagar, Tehri Garhwal t o Governm ent Higher Secondary School, Kaushal, Thauldhar, Tehri Garhwal by t he sam e order dat ed 26. 06. 2023. Mr. Chandra Mohan j oined dut ies at t he t ransferred place. i. e. Having regard t o t he fact s and circum st ances of t he case, t he writ pet it ions are disposed of wit h libert y t o bot h t he pet it ioners t o m ake represent at ion( s) regarding t heir t ransfer before t he com pet ent aut horit y. I f t hey m ake represent at ion( s) wit hin t en days from t oday, com pet ent aut horit y shall t ake decision t hereupon, as per law, wit hin six weeks t hereaft er. For a period of eight weeks or t ill decision is t aken on t he represent at ion( s) subm it t ed by pet it ioners, whichever is earlier, t he st at us quo as regards post ing of t he pet it ioners shall be m aint ained.
