Choudhury, learned counsel for the petitioner has candidly submitted that the Investigating Officer had informed the petitioner that she is no longer required in the matter as far as arrest is concerned, since the charge sheet has already been filed. As such, at this point of time, there is no question of apprehension of arrest. Accordingly, he prays that this petition may be withdrawn as infructuous. 2. Mr. K. Khan, learned PP assisted by Mr. S. Sengupta, learned Addl. PP appearing on behalf of the State respondent has no objection to the prayer made. 3.
