P1) for a change of timing of the stage carriage vehicle bearing registration No. KL-60/527, for which a permit has been granted to ply on the route Sulthan Batheri - Ambalavayal. 2.
The ground on which the application has been filed is that a lot of new services have been introduced on the route, and this is affecting the petitioner’s business badly. Ext. P1 application of the petitioner is dated 02. 07. 2024. However, till date, no decision has been taken by the respondent. 3. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to take an informed decision on Ext. P1 in accordance with WP(C) No. 25553 of 2024 the law after hearing all the affected parties within a period of two months.
