It has been alleged that the deceased and the accused persons were working together and on the date of occurrence, they had taken liquor and there was a dispute relating to money.
It appears that the allegations are general and omnibus in nature and similarly situated co-accused-Sanjay Yadav, as submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners, has been granted bail by this Court in B. A. No. 7759 of 2019. Regard being had to the above, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only), each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Deoghar in connection with Mohanpur P.
