It is further mentioned in it that for an offence being C. R. No.
I- 11191010201612 registered against the petitioner in his police station, no proposal is sent for the purpose of preventive detention. The said communication is taken on record. Even the petitioner has averred in the petition at para-h, page No. 9 that except the aforesaid FIR, there are no other criminal antecedents of the petitioner. In view thereof, Mr. O. I.
