PATHAK For the Petitioner : Md.
Jalisur Rahman, Advocate For the Opp. Parties: Mr. Ashok Kr. Singh, AC to SC(L&C)-III Mr. Mithilesh Singh, Advocate ---------- 06/ 07. 12. 2024 Heard the parties. It has been very fairly submitted by learned counsel for the parties that the order of this Court has been partly complied. Learned counsel for the petitioners does not object to the same. In view of fair submission of learned counsel for the opposite parties it appears that substantial compliance has been made. As such, no contempt is made out against the opposite parties and hence, the same is dropped. Resultantly, the instant contempt petition stands disposed of. However, petitioner is at liberty to move afresh, if any grievance is still remains to be adjudicated. (Dr. S. N. Pathak, J. ) kunal
