Suraj is present before the Court physically; and learned senior counsel for respondent No. 1, Mr. N. Ibotombi is also present before the Court physically. The proceeding in MC (El. Pet. ) No. 12 of 2025 has been filed by applicant/respondent No. 1 in the election petition, whereby in this proceeding seeking for filing written statement and also documents for the purpose of reference. Learned senior counsel for the applicant submits that the reasons stated in the aforesaid application may be considered.
Learned counsel for the election petitioners/respondents in the aforesaid application proceeding, fairly submits that he does not have any objection to the said application for filing written statement and documents.
