JUSTICE RONGON MUKHOPADHYAY --------- For the Petitioners : Mr. Nawal Kishor Pandey, Advocate For the State : Mr. Veer Vijay Pradhan, A. P. P. --------- 02/16. 12. 2020 Defects as pointed out by the office are ignored. Heard Mr. Nawal Kishor Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Veer Vijay Pradhan, learned A. P. P. for the State. The petitioners have prayed for grant of anticipatory bail, as they are apprehending their arrest in connection with Chandrapura P. S. Case No. 38 of 2020 corresponding to G. R. No. 318 of 2020. The marriage of the informant was solemnized with the petitioner no. 1 on 24. 05. 2019. It has been alleged that there was a demand of Rs.

2,00,000/-. The informant was tortured for revealing that her husband was having illicit relationship with his sister-in-law. It has further been alleged that on 01. 03. 2020 she was brutally assaulted and thrown from the roof of the house. The matter appears to have been compromised between the parties as would appear from an application filed before the learned court below. On consideration of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Therefore, the petitioners, named above, are directed to surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today and on such surrender, they shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the -2-satisfaction of learned S.
