Case No. 487/2020 registered u/s 498A of the IPC.

The Case diary, as called for, is placed before the Court. It may be mentioned that by order, dated 19. 10. 2020, this Court granted the privilege of interim pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. Perusal of the case diary shows that the petitioner has not given his statement under Section 161 Cr. P. C. as required by the conditions incorporated in the interim pre-arrest bail order, dated 19. 10. 2020. The I. O. has reported that the petitioner did not co-operate in investigation. In view of the above, the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner stands dismissed. The interim pre-arrest bail order, dated 19. 10. 2020 stands vacated. Return the case diary. This disposes off the anticipatory bail application. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
