This is an application under section 5 of the Limitation Act, read with section 173(1) of M. V Act, 1988 praying for condonation of delay of 74 days in filing an appeal against the judgment & award dated 27. 11. 2017, passed in MAC Case No. 251/2012 by the learned MACT No. 2, Kamrup (M), Guwahati. The reason for delay has been explained by the learned counsel adequately and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents No. 1 & 2 has no objection.
