The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Hanwara P. S. Case No. 43/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 & 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of st Sri Remi Praphul Baa, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1 Class, Godda. 3. On 09. 09. 2025 at about 3:00 A. M. , Hanwara police on the basis of confidential information intercepted a Toto bearing registration no. BR10SV-9251 and apprehended this petitioner alongwith co-accused persons.
On search, fire arms were recovered from possession of co-accused namely Shubham Kumar and Titu Kumar. 4. It was submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the st satisfaction of Sri Remi Praphul Baa, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1 Class, Godda or his successor in connection with Hanwara P.
