(Oral) The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the only relief sought for is to direct respondent no. 1 to consider his representation. Therefore, he requests that respondent nos. 2 to 6 may be deleted from these proceedings. At his request, respondent nos. 2 to 6 are deleted from these proceedings. 2. The petitioner to amend the cause title and file an amended petition within a week. 3. The prayer of the petitioner is to direct respondent no. 1 to consider his representation vide annexure no. 11 dated 30. 09. 2020.
He submits that inspite of giving a representation, nothing has come out of it. 4. The learned deputy advocate general accepts notice for respondent no. 1, and submits that if a reasonable time is granted, the representation will be considered in accordance with law. 5. In view of the submissions made, the writ petition is disposed off, directing respondent no. 1 to consider the representation vide annexure no. 11 dated 30. 09. 2020 and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
