Case No. 308/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 325 and 3(5) of the B. N. S. , 2023 and Section 12(1)(2) and 13 of the Jharkhand Bovine Prohibition of Slaughter Act, 2005, pending in the Court of learned C. J. M. , Ramgarh. 3. On 02. 10. 2024, the petitioner alongwith accused persons were apprehended by Ramgarh police while they were travelling in a car bearing registration no. JH01A-5060. On search, 60 kgs. of bovine flesh were recovered from the said vehicle.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that petitioner is a lady and she is in custody for about two months. 5. Learned A. P. P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C. J. M. , Ramgarh in connection with Ramgarh P. S. Case No. 308/2024. (Ambuj Nath, J. ) Rahul/-
