Sophie, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the letter dated 21//6/2024 placed by the learned Government Advocate, the writ petition may be closed with a direction to the State respondents to pay the pending salary of the petitioner within a specified period of time. In view of the letter dated 21/6/2024 placed by the learned Government Advocate and after hearing the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed with a direction to the State respondents to release the salary of the petitioner for the period she has worked i. e. 1/4/2022 to 31/3/2023 within a period of 3(three) months from today.
