Rafiq Masih, report ed as ( 2015) 4 SCC 334, no recovery can be m ade from Group ‘C’ and Group ‘D’ em ployees and furt her t hat aft er ret irem ent , recovery cannot be ordered. ( 4) Learned Counsel for t he Ut t arakhand Transport Corporat ion subm it s t hat pet it ioners m ay be perm it t ed t o m ake represent at ion t o t he Managing Direct or of t he Corporat ion, who shall t ake decision t hereupon. ( 5) Writ pet it ions are, accordingly, disposed of by perm it t ing t he pet it ioners t o m ake represent at ion t o Managing Direct or against t he recovery ordered from t hem .
