Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that at the time I of field enquiry conducted by the authorities, the petitioner was I attending some social function and she was not available at her house and without conducting property enquiry, the petitioner was I found to be not eli. gible. However. later enquiry was conducted by t the respondent No. 4 pursuant to the order passed by this Court in \ WP. No. 26213 of 2024 dated 23. 09. 2024 and report was submitted by the respondent No. 4 stating that as per th€ local enquiry, the petitioner is presently residing at H. No. 6-5-115/4, New Bhoiguda, -l Secunderabad and her family flnancial status falls Below poverty Line and hence, eligible for 2BHK.

Further, the respondent No. 4 recommended to the respondent No. 3 to consider the request of the petitioner in any ongoing Non-insitu housing scheme. 3. In the light oF the report of the Tahsildar dated 23. 03. 2026, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 2 to consider the case of the petitioner for allotment of 2BHK in 1. Potti Sriramulu Nagar, Bansilalpet, Z. GyR Compound, Kavaiguda, 3. IDH Colony, New Bhoiguda and 4. Bondha Maisamma, Bansilalpet, if any 2BHK is vacant and in any ongoing Non-insitu housing scheme.
