Shyam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr. Samarjit Hawaibam, learned PP appearing for the respondents. This petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Cr. P. C. , 1973 with the following prayers: (i) Allow the petitioners to go on bail in the event of the arrest made either by the police personnel of Wangoi Police Station or the Porompat Police Station and the petitioners shall abide by the condition/conditions made by the Hon’ble Court in the event the petitioners are released on bail. (ii) In the interim, direct the O. C. , Wangoi Police Station or the O. C.
, Porompat Police Station to release the petitioners on bail in the event of their arrest in connection with the above referred Complaint Case filed by the private respondent No. 7 at Wangoi Police Station.
