It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that vide order dated 16. 08.
2024, anticipatory bail has been granted to the petitioner and directed to surrender before the court below within four weeks, but he could not surrendered within time, for that reason has been assigned in the present petition. Accordingly, prayer has been made for further extension of time to surrender in the Court below. 3. In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the order dated 16. 08. 2024 passed in A. B. A No. 4650 of 2024 is hereby, modified to the extent that the petitioner shall surrender before the Court below within three weeks from today. 4.
