No. 4 of 2017 seeking to allow the conducting counsel on behalf of the informant/complainant namely, Shaikhom Saratchandra Singh for assisting the Prosecution for smooth process of the case for the ends of justice. The offence registered by the respondent police in this case is U/S-325/506(b)/34 IPC & 25 A. Act When the matter is taken up today, Mr. Y.
Ashang, learned PP has made no objection for granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner in this case since FIR was registered in 70(12)2016 M. I. P. S. , U/S-325/506(b)/34 IPC & 25 A. Act Page | 2 since the FIR was registered in the year 2016. Apart from this, in this case, the FIR was registered in the year 2016 and interim anticipatory bail was also granted pending for the past 3 years. Therefore, if the anticipatory bail is granted to the petitioner, no prejudice would be caused to the respondent police. Hence, I am inclined to pass the following orders as follows:- The anticipatory bail petition being AB No. 31 is allowed. The petitioner in AB No. 31 of 2017 is directed to execute 2(two) sureties like sum of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sessions Judge, Imphal West, Manipur. The petitioner in AB No. 31 of 2017 is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required. JUDGE
