I have gone through the case record from which it is revealed that the accused was arrested on 25. 01. 2024 in connection with the instant case. Considering the fact that the applicant has been in custody for almost 90 days, I am inclined to release the accused on bail. Accordingly, the accused, namely, Govil Bhattacharjee is released on bail on furnishing a bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, North Tripura, Dharmanagar.
