C. , Police Station- Barasagwar, District- Unnao pending since 2011 before the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 4, Unnao within the stipulated period of time Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the matter pertains to the year 2011, but, even after passing of 13 years, the proceeding of the case has not been concluded as yet.
After arguing at length, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that interest of justice would be sub-surved if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the trial court to decide the matter within the stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this court. Considering aforesaid innocuous prayer, the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 4 is directed to consider and decide the Case No. 2321 of 2011, N. C. R. No. 54 of 2011 under sections 323, 504, 506 of I. P. C. , Police Station- Barasagwar, District- Unnao, with expedition, in accordance with law considering the instructions and guidelines issued by this court; time to time. With the aforesaid observation, the instant application stands disposed of.
