Kameshwar, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent No. 1 & 2. Applicant is to take step for service of notice upon the respondent No. 3 & 4 by Speed Post. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents No. 1 & 2 submits that if the petitioner is willing to deposit half of the amount awarded by the Ld. Tribunal i. e. a sum of Rs. 27,51,800/- (Rupees twenty seven lakh fifty one thousand and eight hundred), the condonation of delay of 112 (one hundred and twelve) days may be condoned.
