The College is th affiliated to the 4 respondent-University. The petitioner is th aggrieved by the non-fixation of his salary revision as per 7 UGC Pay (2016). The petitioner also seeks disbursement of consequential benefits. 2.
The petitioner states that as per Ext. P1 judgment dated 08. 11. 2016, the respondents were directed to step up the pay of the petitioners at par with the pay of his juniors within four months. The petitioner is entitled to get his pay refixed at ₹ 1,71,400/- consequent to this judgment, urged the petitioner. 2025:KER:30182 WP(C) NO. 14285 of 2025 4 3. Be that as it may, going through the pleadings, I find that the petitioner has filed Ext. P8 representation before rd the 3 respondent-Deputy Director of Collegiate Education in this regard. The College has also addressed Ext. P7 letter to rd the 3 respondent. In the facts of the case, I am of the view rd that Exts. P7 and P8 requires urgent consideration by the 3 respondent. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the rd 3 respondent to consider Ext. P7 proposal and Ext. P8 representation filed by the petitioner and take appropriate decision thereon within a period of two months. Sd/- N.
