The present application has been filed praying for impleadment of the new incumbent, Shri Abhijeet Sinha, IAS, Home Commissioner, Nagaland as respondent no. 5 in the connected COP(C)/22/2025. It is submitted that during the pendency of the COP(C)/202/2025, the then Home Commissioner has been transferred and has been replaced by Page No. # 3/3 the new incumbent, Shri Abhijeet Sinha, IAS. Accordingly, it is prayed that the applicant may be allowed to implead the new incumbent, Shri Abhijeet Sinha, IAS as respondent no. 5 in COP(C)/22/2025. In view of the submissions made above, the present application is allowed.
