VINOD KUMAR Criminal Petition No. 4445 of 2Ol7 ORDER: This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr. P. C. seeking to quash the proceedings in CC No. 200 of 2Ol7 on the file of the XXIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally at Miyapur, Cyberabad. Today, the matter is listed under the caption 'infructuous matters' and when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor based on the e-courts case status report would submit that the above CC No. 200 of 2017 has been disposed of on 12. 03. 2020 by the III Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-Xl Additional Metropolitan Magistrate.
